Can we see the venue beforehand?
Yes, we start with a walk-through visit at the property. This gives us a great opportunity to discuss your wishes, ideas, and focus in on the direction that fits your special event.
What is included in the price of rental?
Included in the rental is 30 acres of total privacy, access to the Colorado River and Bullfrog Pond and 360 degree views.
Do you provide additional production support for our event?
We have you work with our trusted vendors directly to ensure you get exactly what you desire. Tents, chairs, tables, dance floor, lights, and all other accessories.
Will there be someone onsite to help during our event?
An Onsite Venue Manager will supervise the set up and break down of all vendors. All vendors are verified for insurance, licensing, and waivers in accordance to Colorado State Laws and the Urban Ranch Venue. Security and safety are also supervised by the Venue Manager.
Do you require insurance?
We do require Special Event Insurance.
Are we allowed to consume alcohol at the venue? Let Urban Ranch customize your beverages, we have professional bartenders to serve your guest in a responsible manner.
Do you allow camping?
We offer a luxurious glamping experience. Our Airstream of Dreams is available for nightly rental. This Airbnb can also be used as a beautiful honeymoon suite. To book call Urban Ranch Venue @ (970)712-2512
Do you have suggestions on area attractions?
Many fun adventures are accessible along the Fruit and Wine Scenic Byway just up the road from the venue. Check out this map. The Urban Ranch’s “Airstream of Dreams” is located on the map see the smiley face. Just follow the map for endless adventures.

The Urban Ranch Venue and Airstream of dreams Glamping is located at 3521 F Road along the Palisade Colorado scenic Fruit and Wine byway trail, see the smiley face. Just minutes away by bicycle to the Palisade Riverbend Park home of the Colorado Mountain Wine festival, Palisade Bluegrass & Roots Festival, Palisade Brews & Cruise Festival, Palisade Peach Festival, Lavender Festival and the International Honey Bee Festival. Countless wineries, fruit and gift shops align the 30 plus mile trail loop.
